The controls are simple not fiddly and pressure is automatic - just finger pressure is needed for operation and closing of the pressing plates. Presses both sides at once without the shine from the side-to-side action of a hand-held iron.
The Fast Press automatically switches off and sounds an alarm if left closed for more than 30 seconds.

Living with a dry press
The non-steam Fast Press system XN63 will give you excellent ironing results and has the advantage of the heating plate being made of a special alloy called Supertherm which transmits the heat without reflecting it. This means as a user you are cooler. Also the non-steam version will probably have a longer life and less maintenance as there is no steam boiler. The perfect finish is achieved by damping down with the spray bottle provided and the pressure of the press.
